Cap Energy has received the final $1,500,000 tranche of the $3,500,000 subscription agreement announced on 3 October and issued 621,999 new ordinary shares.
Cap says Serge Pereira is now interested in 1,451,331 ordinary shares, representing 4.99% of the company's enlarged issued share capital of 29,035,633 ordinary shares.
